For Services:
1. Customer contacts the Service
    Merchant direct, either by phone or     by e-mail to request a service and
   give particulars of service required.
2. Service Merchant speaks to
    customer and takes customer’s
    personal details including particulars     of service requested.
3. Based on this information and work
    required, the Service Merchant
    agrees a fee/payment structure.
4. Service Merchant logs in to
    Shopafrica53 Services section using     their Merchant ID and fills in 'online
    form' with customer’s details,
    amount and details of service
    required and cost/payment terms
    agreed.
5. Invoice generated to customer by
    email with link to payment page so
    that customer can settle by way of
    a money transfer, via our money
    transfer partner,
    Money Systems International.
